ボクシングでは、サンドバックへ打ち込み、スパーリング、減量、ロードワークなどとても体にとって過酷なスポーツです。
ボクシングや空手など、相手との間合いを測りつつ打撃を加えるような競技はとても体力のいる競技です。それだけに、事前のストレッチは十分に行う必要があります。フットワークで有酸素運動をしながら、急に打撃の無酸素運動を繰り返し行い、その急激な変化に対応するためにも、筋肉をほぐして関節なども柔軟にしておく必要があります。

指の骨折

ボクサー骨折
ボクサー骨折とは、自分の放ったパンチの衝撃によって自分の拳を痛めるもの。一般的な好発部位は第4・5中手骨の頸部で、パンチ力が強い人の場合だと第2・3中手骨骨折を起こす場合もあります。ボクシングのようにグローブをしていても、相手を殴った時の威力で自分の拳を痛めてしまうわけですから、なかなか対策も難しいところ。空手でもグローブを使う流派もありますが、素手の流派もあるので、殴られた側の怪我だけでなく、殴った側も怪我をしてしまうのが競技特性ともいえるでしょう。
保存療法では、変形が起きないように矯正した状態で固定することになります。整復が難しい場合は手術となりますが、鋼線を刺入するなどして内部で固定することになります。パンチを打っても問題ないようになるには、半年程度練習を控えるケースが一般的です

パンチの打ち方の問題なのか、素人は薬指と小指が多いです！

ダイビングでの腰痛の原因は、重たいウェイトやタンクが原因となって腰痛になっていることが多いです。
更にダイビング初心者の場合は、まだ力の入れ加減もわかっておらず、ムリな背負い方や歩き方をしてしまい、慣れているダイバーよりも腰への負担は重い可能性があります。

主な腰痛の原因

ただ、ダイビングの場合は、陸上で重い機材を背負う時間は限られていますし、腰が極端に痛くなる場合は、元々腰痛持ちの人が、ダイビングをきっかけに腰痛が再発したかもしれません。

ダイビング時の腰痛対策

器材を背負うときは、一人で無理して背負わずにバディやショップのスタッフに手伝ってもらうこと。
一人で無理な体制で器材を背負うと、腰痛だけでなく、怪我の原因にもなります。無理せずに誰かに手伝ってもらいましょう。
また、水面で器材を背負えるのでしたら、その方が腰への負担が軽くなりますので、ショップのスタッフに相談してみましょう。

適正ウェイトを知る

基本中の基本ですが、オーバーウェイトで潜らないようにすること。
また、腰にウェイトを集中させることによって、腰に負担をかけている場合もありますので、ウェイトベストやアンクルウェイトを上手に活用して、ウェイトを分散させると腰への負担が軽くなります。

腰の痛みがきになるのなら、無理せずダイビングを中止する
一時の無理のせいで、歩けなくなるほど腰痛がひどくなる場合もあります。
痛みが気になるのなら、ダイビングを中止してなるべく早めに病院で診てもらいましょう。
